Tonya Hurter Photography Studio Tour
Welcome to my 600 square foot studio! I would love to take you on a tour to check it out. When I started my business in 2013, I never dreamt I would own a studio like this. My studio is a dream come true and I love to work in it. It’s filled from corner to corner with backdrops, chairs, benches, baskets, flowers, props, newborn, baby, and maternity clothes. I have everything my clients need for their different types of sessions including newborn sessions, maternity sessions, milestone sessions, holiday sessions, dance, headshots, and more! Come with me and check out Tonya Hurter Photography Studio!
The White Room
I love shooting in the white room. The curtains are my favorite part. It softens the light and gives me the ability to do beautiful backlighting and profile images. I’m also able to use different colors in this room and I installed a metal strip to magnet up different types of backdrops! This room is also wonderful because I’m able to set up a bed to do holiday pajama session, white bed maternity session, and other types of set ups. Check out these two examples.
Newborn Props & Wraps Newborn outfits with sweet little props for them to hold. Newborn sleepy hats, headbands, bonnets, and floral pieces. (It is an obsession)! One of my favorite areas – cribs, bowls, benches, and pretty baskets for newborn and milestone sessions. Milestone Outfits Florals, Baby & Toddler Chairs Studio Two
This is the larger side of the studio. The magnet wall is amazing because I can put up one large backdrop for families and different set ups or attach 2 backdrops for milestone sessions. I’m also able to use different floors. There are so many wonderful options for my clients in this part of my studio. Tiny props for tiny hands! This is just a taste of my bonnets. These are newborn bonnets but I also have bigger baby bonnets including the sweetest snowman bonnets!
You can check out examples of my maternity outfits here and milestone outfits here. If you’d like to see an example of the type of set ups I do for milestone sessions, check this blog out here.
